Welding of filter bag mouth:

     Ultrasonic welding is used to weld the PP filter cloth and the PP plastic ring (PE cloth and PE plastic ring). The standard plastic ring arc with a diameter of 180 needs to be welded into a complete circle six times. The equipment used is ZC- 26 models;

Welding of filter bag tail:

     Using ultrasonic welding to seal the tail----

           Can be welded into a "V" shape-----The equipment used is of the ZC-26 model, which needs to be welded into a "V" twice;

           If the welding is "⌒" type-----the equipment used is ZC-42 type, you only need to weld to "⌒" once

Middle seam welding of filter bag:
     Use special hot-melt welding equipment for the middle seam to continuously weld the middle seam of the filter bag, which can weld the entire roll of fabric into a cylindrical shape
